Steve arrived early at 11:30 to get the paperwork finished and rehearse the wedding. We were not exactly ready yet when he arrived. Steve was so patient and nice. He socialized with everyone and told us a little more about himself. The wedding went great! He was very professional and helpful. He stayed to talk a little more and enjoy some cake. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Generally, I base the fee on my accumulated expenses that consider travel and time involved. I am not interested in making this a viable source of income. Instead, I am more interested in serving people and keeping it affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I allow them to familiarize themselves with my work by sending samples of wedding services that I have used in the past. I make every effort to contact them on a personal level by phone, email or text so that I can be more informed about their needs. Whenever possible, I try to meet face to face before the ceremony.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a degree in counseling that allows me to work more closely with people. I spent sixteen years in the church working from the pulpit, and with college age students on a spiritual level. I have counseled with people of all beliefs and cultures.
