- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are calculated by the type of Notarization, and mileage. We offer our Veterans and our Seniors a 10% discount. We also offer our loyal customers their 5th notarization FREE.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Arrange a time and place to notarize the document that is convenient for all parties. All signatories must be physically present to complete the notarization. I write the customers Drivers Licence information in my journal; and I validate that their signatures are authentic.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm certified with the State of Oklahoma, and The National Notary Association. I'm Licensed, Insured, and Bonded. And I have a 5 star rating on Google.
