- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since we are at the end of 2019, I am offering 6 months free catch up on bookkeeping clean up work and 3 months of half price to any new sign monthly client sign ons. So January-June is free. July-September is $450 and the $297 per month for 4 hours monthly bookkeeping services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I am contacted by a new customer I listen to the business owner to learn about their business and what issues they may be having with their bookkeeping. I take those pain points and work with my clients to come up with solutions that work for them and their business.
