I have used Perryman Service for the last 10 years, I have never received anything less than excellent QUICK service, and they have saved me money by replacing a part, instead of replacing the entire unit (as most service companies do). I highly recommend their fair and honest services.

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's pretty simple it's $95 (for residential $125 for commercial)for a Service Call which includes up to 45 minutes of labor. Then it's more for whatever part you need and or additional labor, and I have final say on any additional labor costs!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I have to have 6 hrs on Continuing Education every other year to maintain my State License.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Well since I was raised with my Dad repairing everything from refrigerators and freezers to washers and dryers, I was never going to do this for a living, but after working with him through the summers, and finally deciding I didn't like traveling as a musician I went to trade school and finding out I already knew a lot of what they were teaching me. Here we are 31 yrs later owning my own HVAC Company.
