Chad was fantastic! Besides doing a great job on the carpet, he was on time, friendly and helped me finish moving things off the carpet to be cleaned, which he totally didn't have to do!! Chris responded immediately to our urgent situation, cleaned our carpets that very evening, made them look wonderful, was extremely kind and friendly, and came in with the lowest bid (even though we took his bid before receiving the other because he was just so reasonable)! Would definitely recommend!
