Introduction: I have a passion for being able to help a customer resolve issues with as little time lost as possible. Whether it's a problem with a home device or work device. I'm able to work on devices most people aren't familiar with and often think outside the box to resolve issues. I've worked in the following sectors: Government, Healthcare, Legal, Oil & Gas, Media Electronics, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Construction, Sales, including a variety of other consumer devices. I enjoy helping customers resolve issues and helping them understand the issues. As well as learning new skills and procedures.
