They could not pin-point the real cause of the problem of no water coming out of the sprinkler heads in zone-1 after spending over three hours. They left without any conclusion. I had to call and try to find out what was going wrong. I expected clear directions to be given to me for further course of action but received none. Ultimately, I fixed the issue myself after consulting my friends and DIY websites. Two of the sprinkler heads were completely clogged and one was non functional. I cleaned the clogged ones and replaced the damaged one myself.
