She had to reschedule from Friday to Saturday, reason unknown. Saturday she cancelled bc of a family emergency. I understand that she had a family member in the hospital, my sympathies are with you, but I was very disappointed that it didn't work out. I had two days while my husband was out of town to have it cleaned as surprise to him (and a huge help to me) which was discussed over the phone before booking, and both days were cancelled. I wish Friday had of held (reason for cancelation was never said) since a family emergency came about Saturday. Again my prayers and sympathies are with your family.
