Introduction: I'm an experienced creative, from print to billboards and the web. Also, I'm a published sports writer. I have years of experience in the health-care field as well. I've managed computer networks featuring up to 30 servers, 200 voip phones, 100 computers, 50 cameras, and 80 printers. I've designed websites, ads, newspaper pages, and billboards. Former sports reporter, I have photographed and written upon many different subjects and been published in several different mediums.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a vast array of services so this is difficult. I pride myself on being affordable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Many people have an idea in their head. They sketch it onto a piece of paper, then scan or take a pic of it. From there, I "bring it to life" on the web. With a working model, there's discussion about how to proceed and it carries on from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Adobe and Microsoft Certified. I have a Web Design and Multimedia degree from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.
