Introduction: I operate my piano tuning business on integrity and honesty! As a professional piano technician (not just a tuner) In 2001 I was trained by the number one piano technician and piano action rebuilder in the world, Richard E. Cowart of Picayune, Mississippi to diagnose any given situation that comes up with a piano issue and recommend a solution to repair the instrument on the first try. I'm not prideful but, I take a great deal of satisfaction in being able to help anyone who asks me questions about their beloved piano which usually they've given up hope on by the time I arrive on the scene! I HAVE BEGUN TO PRACTICE SAFETY PROCEDURES TO PROTECT MY SELF AND MY CLIENTS, SO WHEN I ASK YOU A FEW HEALTH AND TRAVEL RELATED COVID QUESTIONS, IT'S FOR OUR OWN GOOD! Meeting new people every day and getting the opportunity to help them in determining what we need to do to get their piano back in great shape! I truly enjoy my profession and am so blessed that the Lord Jesus Christ put me in this business!!! I HAVE A SEVERE CAT ALLERGY, PLEASE INFORM ME IF YOU HAVE A CAT OR CATS IN YOUR HOME!!!

Mr. Jorgensen helped to tune my daughter’s piano, which was given to her by my grandmother. It is an older piano with great sentimental value, and Mr. Jorgensen took great care with the instrument. He was knowledgable, kind, and honest. I would recommend Mr. Jorgensen to both family and friends.

Amazing Piano Tuner and Gentleman! I had a piano tuner, tune my church's baby grand piano. She ruined the piano. Darwin quickly came to the church and fixed it! The previous tuner made the piano sound like a tin can...Darwin fixed it and he made the piano sound absolutely beautiful again! Thank you Darwin! He was also able to work on my antique baby grand piano; the piano plays beautifully again. He does excellent restoration work as well!

Yes, I do have a price list that I use and if the customer would to have their piano tuned and or repaired I then share that information with them only.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I look over their piano and show them what looks good and make recommendations on what areas of the instrument that needs to be repaired. I try to treat each customer like I would like to be treated, honestly and fairly.
