Julianna is the best trainer I have ever used and that is many. She really knows the body, and understands how the body works to maximize whatever you are trying to work on. She is also a really nice young lady as well. She always shows up on time, works really hard through the workout and cares about your success.

Tanya helped me to achieve this goal by doing cardio intense workouts and interval training and for the first time in my life actually was happy with the way I looked. About a year and a half ago I was in one of, if not the best shape of my life. Life got busy since then and staying in shape became a low priority. Jessica has been my personal trainer for the last 5 or so years. We started out in person and then moved to a virtual format when we both moved across country.
