While having my air conditioner die in the middle of the summer has been painful, ProThermal took a lot of the sting away by sending Tristan, Ryan, and Braeden to install our new system.These guys were so professional (it's been a while since I've been called "ma'am"), they knew their "stuff" and they cleaned up every scrap (Even vacuumed my hallway!).From the moment the owner, Paul, walked into my house (For the initial consult) I knew I had found my heating and air guys.

These guys are great. I called in the morning and Grant was out by the afternoon. Grant came to inspected my hvac unit, he was thorough and super informative. He also had one of the owners Paul come out and they quoted me for fixing my current unit and replacing it, both were so helping in explaining the pros and cons to fixing/replacing. My unit was well over its age limit so I chose to replace. They started the next morning and were done in 1.5 days. Tristin, Dalton, and Ryan did and amazing job removing and replacing my hvac unit as well as clearingout and rebuilding the shelf under my unit. They were all very knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely be using pro thermal heating and air. In the future and recommending them.
