- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Chapter 7 Bankruptcy: We offer a $0 down payment to help you get started faster. Your creditors can call us and not you the day you hire us. You can stop paying those creditors the day you hire us. A Discounted Total Flat Fee can be paid in full 30 days after hiring or clients can select a monthly payment plan. Personal Injury: The client does not pay anything up front. The Attorney Fees are a 1/3 Contingent Fee which is collected after the case is settled out of the final settlement. Estate Planning: $999.00 Flat Fee Package for a single person includes Will, POA, Advanced Directive, Trust, Revocable Living Trust, Memorandum of Trust, Quit Claim Deed, Instructions and Leather Estate Book
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a free consultation with an attorney. The client will speak with an attorney and not a legal assistant. We usually have openings for new clients within 24 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mark and Roberta Robinson both have a J.D. or Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa College of Law. Roberta Robinson is licensed in Oklahoma. Mark Robinson is licensed in Oklahoma and Washington State. Both are graduates of the Oklahoma Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute. Both have been practicing law for over 30 years. Mark has an advanced degree in Mediation and has taught at the Oral Roberts University Graduate School of Business. Roberta is the Past President of the Oklahoma Brain Injury Association and has chaired numerous CME conferences for Medical Doctors at Saint Francis Hospital on the subject of Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation. Roberta has also been the guest speaker at several Legal and Medical Conferences on Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation.
