- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our goal is to provide competitive pricing for the Tulsa area. We feel honest, fair, upfront pricing is the only option in our industry.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether the needs is for HVAC repair or replacement, we like to come onsite to look at the project. Providing 'ballpark' pricing over the phone is almost impossible. We prefer to look at the whole project and provide a thorough quote so there are no surprises to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our team have been to a trade school while others have a 4 year degree. We have ongoing training for all technicians and installers throughout the year.
