- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The only thing I don't like about this work is having to ask you for money. I'd do it for free if I could. That being said, I always strive to give you the best price I can do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First impressions are important. I'll tell you some things about myself to make you feel comfortable, after all, I'm the guy coming into your home.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up going to work with my grandpa. (he's a jack of all traits) Always seeing people happy when he left there homes made me want to do the same thing.
