- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices will vary depending on installation type, material sizes, size of rooms to be installed, and overall area to be installed. Expect discount if install size is over 1000 sqf.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Visit the customer to learn of his needs and likes, measure areas to be installed. With this information we build an estimate to share with the customer. Estimate can always be adjusted, before, during and after installation for items removed or added to the installation. Customer purchases materials, with the date for materials arrival we can schedule installation and enjoy new beautiful floors
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have been working in construction since I was a kid in my family ranch/farming operation and later in my company . With time decided to narrow it down just to floors. My company have been working with major floor installing companies for years and with time our direct customers have grown and inspired us to grow. Each flooring project is unique, a puzzle to resolve and I love the challenge and the accomplishment.
