- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price each job individually, and always tailor the service to the clients individual needs. Most of our competitors simply charge by the hour and have a default scope they adhere to. We do things differently so that our clients get the work done exactly how they want it and never pay for things they may not need!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to do a free in person estimate, which allows us to provide an upfront, accurate price, ensuring no surprises the day the job is to be completed! This also ensures the job will be tailored to each clients individual needs, as they're able to show us the areas they would prefer more/less attention to.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years experience, in residential, commercial,and construction/remodeling cleaning industries.
