This is a false review. First off we are not even open at 8am. Thumbtack let Jario schedule an appointment outside of our operation hours, which we have set on here from 10am-4pm. We explained this to Jario and asked him to disregard the automated message that he received from thumbtack for the appointment. I guess that was not enough to let him know that we would not be there at 8am.
