- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different and typically has many variables that go into it to determine price. This may include complexity, turnaround time, functionality, current market prices, etc. We consider all possibilities and angles to give our clients the most cost effective way to use their funds.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There's no end to the continuous education we go through. Whether it's an article we find on the internet or a workshop we go to for the weekend, there's always new techniques and innovations in the marketing and design world that we must keep up with to stay on top.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We typically work on logo/identity systems, print and digital collateral materials, websites, branding and marketing strategy and even video production.
