Steve Alger helped me design and build a "Girls Camp" / "Scout Camp" on 35 acres just north of Gravette Arkansas. It included 2 miles of road, a public 6 stall 6 showers, public bathroom with a commercial 3000 gallon septic system, a cooks and nurses cabin, clearing of 10 acres of trees and building 15 camp sites. From start to finish, it took Steve and 1 other helper 30 days. Most other contractors were bidding 90 to 120 days at a substantially higher cost. When it comes to construction, I have NEVER worked with anyone as focused AND competent as Steve Algers. He is a skilled finishing mason! An expert electrician. An experienced carpenter. A common-sense, nice touch designer. Expert Plumber. He understands and builds to code. He builds roads. He is uber safe. He Dominates a back hoe. He is an excellent teacher. He has no tolerance for mediocrity. He is one of those rare individuals that is a "Jack of ALL trades and a MASTER of them as well! While most people will talk, Steve is a man that gets it done! And does what he says he will do. He is a straight shooter. He knows how to work with Contractors and Inspectors. Time and time again, the inspector in North West Arkansas, who has a reputation of "over-the-top" picky, couldn't say enough about the quality of Steve's work. He won't cut any corners, yet he knows how to stretch your dollar. He will get multiple bids and give multiple options. He doesn't make excuses. He elevates everyone around himself. He knows how to communicate. He treats your property like it was his property. When something comes up that wasn't planned, he presents multiple options and gives you his opinion on which one he would recommend and why. He is a man of integrity! A man of his word! I could not give anyone a higher rating. I adore the man! He worked around the clock, through the dark, to get it done. Started at 5 am and often worked way past midnight. 6 days a week. He is a Christian man who keeps the Sabbath holy. My experience with Steve couldn't have been any better. I would hire him to build my new home, a metal building, a barn, a cathedral, remodel. There are only 5 stars here. I would give him 10. Steve won't be the cheapest, but you won't find ANYONE who gives 5 times the value of what you thought you were getting. Shop around...then call STEVE!

Steve worked on several custom projects for us. He found the masonry block and bricks that matched the existing structures. His work was so great that you cannot tell where the existing work met the new work. His eye for detail was amazing. He made projects look easy as his work was detailed, exact, and clean. Steve is the hardest working and honest person I know. His attention to detail is excellent and is dedicated to making sure the customer is 110 percent satisfied. My wife and I had our bathroom remodeled by Steve, and he was in and out in a flash. Our new bathroom looks great. Steve also installed electricity in my workshop and placed out door electrical sockets around the exterior of our house. Great job. Again I say that Steve is the hardest worker I've seen. Very dedicated. I would recommend Steve as the man for any job.
