Definitely a life saver! James was personable and friendly as well as all kinds of knowledgable. He was patient and kind about the foolish mistakes I'd made with my downloading. I really didn't know where to go to get my computer tuned up since my "mechanic" closed but James saved the day. I had many other quotes, and some were even less money, but in my experience, you get what you pay for. I paid for excellent service and got it at bargain basement cost. Great value for cost. Boy I will tell you one thing this gentleman knows exactly what he is doing and the price is great also. I sent my Gateway computer into the company twice and they could not fix it. They kept sending it back to me finally I was about to throw it out and see what I could do about something else. When I found James and a little over a hour later it was fixed.
