FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing on a website isn't exactly a set number. Different types have different price ranges. A simple few page website that only provides information cost about $200-350 where a website application that does something cost about $1,300 and more. These things cost a lot of time, effort, and often need a decent budget to work with. Additionally we partner with outside sources often to speed up the timeframe to build applications.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I keep up and expand what I do weekly. I have website magazines, books, and plenty of blogs to check. I have also taken two courses with my education to help get myself started in this field. I self teach myself everything. Often I will go back and see something I made a month ago and think "wow I can do that so much better now".
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
i liked working with Graphics. I started out with Graphic Design and then I learned I could make money making layouts into code. I started when I was 14 and then grew into making real websites and had my first paying client by 16.
