- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent on the services provided. We strive to work within your budget. We are able to work on a retainer basis so you can set a monthly budget or as little as 1 time phone support to help walk thru QB questions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to determine what your needs are and then we set an action plan to accomplish your goals based on priority of need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Debi has an MBA and over 35 years of accounting, bookkeeping, and administrative experience working for many types of businesses, non-profits and individuals. She is a Quickbooks professional and can work within ERP, CRM, Google and MS suite software programs.
