- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% discount to seniors (55+), as well as all veterans, first responders, and surviving spouses. We charge additional fees for hazmat (Freon appliances, tires, paint, chemicals, etc.), as well as extra heavy items or difficult to reach items.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start by learning more information about our customer’s needs. Are they under a time constraint, what type of items do they need removed, can anything be donated, etc. We then get more information about access to the items and the volume of items to be removed. Often our customers will send us a photo. We then send out an estimate with a price range, based on the information we have. After that, we will book a time for our driver to come out and give a firm price. If the customer wishes to have us complete the job, we will take the items at this time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees always go through thorough background checks, and our drivers are experienced with driving a truck and trailer. All of our staff are also trained to make customer service and professionalism our top priorities! We also ensure they are trained and up to date on safe lifting techniques, and wear proper PPE for the job.
