- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very competitive. They're based on the type and scope of services we provide. We'll provide you with an estimate after we're able to discuss the project or job with you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll talk to you via zoom, phone, or in-person about the type of services you're interested in. After gathering all the particulars we'll prepare a custom proposal that details the scope of our partnership with you and our pricing. We'll review the proposal with you and once approved we'll immediately start to work for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Master's Degree in Taxation, Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor, Continuing education, Seminars, and webinars, and real-life experience working in the industries in which we serve.
