Introduction: I work with you as a guide to empower you to live life in a meaningful manner congruent with your purpose. I empower you to fully live. I help you to understand what is blocking you from making change, to discover the change you need, and help you make the changes you chose. I help you determine a course of action with my guidance, encouragement and education on your journey. I work by your side to help you find your way. We make a plan together based on YOU and then I help you follow through. You determine the number of follow up sessions and how long we work together. I have a wide variety of skills: motivational interviewing techniques, listening, conflict resolution, assertiveness, mediation, meditation, awareness training, group work, team building, outdoor education, wildcrafting (edible and medicinal plants), nutritional and wellness education, grounding skills, organizational skills, crisis intervention, spiritual work, A&D issues, etc. I work with individuals, groups and families if desired. Note: If you have pressing psychological issues beyond my scope, I will help refer you to a more appropriate service to meet your needs.
