Introduction: I train and teach people how to become healthy and fit thru resistance training and proper nutrition, including aerobic activity, so the body becomes more efficient at burning calories and reducing body fat while increasing strength and muscle, which sculpts the body! With that said, your overall well-being and self-esteem are much improved. I have been a certified personal trainer since 1996. That's much experience. I am also a competitive bodybuilder. I have trained professional athletes, but my focus is more on mainstream population.
