I had the crew do both the cement and all of the walls of the house. They did a very thorough job, every area was impeccably clean and pristine. I will call them back the next time I have power washing to be done. Based on their work with the power washing I will also consider them for yard maintenance.

Herminio is very professional. I've hired him to do my year-round yard maintenance. Two things that really impressed me. He got back to me immediately and came to see me on a Sunday in the pouring rain. He then provided me with a contract outlining exactly what his services would involve and when he would be here. I've had trouble in the past with my maintenance people showing up so this was great. We're just starting, but so far he's done a great job.

Herminio Cruz and his crew arrived right on time, and did an amazing job of yard cleanup. My house was a foreclosure home and had been vacant for a year and there was lots of work to be done. They mowed, edged, trimmed shrubs, removed all weeds in flower beds and driveway cracks. It didn't even look like the same house and yard when they finished. I will hire Mr. Cruz for the yard maintenance. He is very professional and he and his crew do an amazing job.
