Each project is priced on a lump sum basis per each specific project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1 - Initial consultation to establish scope of work. 2 - Feasibility and Schematic design phases outline what can be accomplished and initial design intent and concepts. 3 - Design development phase of honing the design 4 - Construction Document phase of completing the plans for permitting and construction 5 - Permitting - obtaining the permits from the city to construct the project 6 - Construction - make your dreams reality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nathaniel is a licensed architect. LEED AP Certified for green construction practices. I have a professional bachelors degree in architecture from USC.
