Go over the basics (if needed) Demonstrate different rhythmic patterns Step by Step chord/riff progression at one's own pace Demonstrate how to learn your favorite songs just by listening to them.

20+ years of playing/songwriting. The ability to learn (almost) any song just by listening to it. 10+ years of performing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Showing somebody a skill and knowing that I am partially responsible for their achievements is very rewarding. I want to be the teacher that I would want to learn from.
