Introduction: Hi, Thanks for visiting my profile. I am passionate about coaching specifically health coaching and career coaching, training and development, organizational and leadership development. I worked in healthcare and high tech since 1995 (over 20 years) and worked for industry leaders such as Intel, Kaiser, Providence, Regence Blue Cross Blue Shied etc in diverse capacity such as consultant, leadership coach, career coach, health coach, trainer, training developer and leader, manager, project and program manager. I managed projects that lasted from 3 months to 2 years. I delivered training and coaching to individuals 1:1 and in a group setting of 50 or more.
Training, career coaching and organizational development are my passion. My natural ability of articulation and to inspire others help me to be a strong coach/ trainer. I thoroughly enjoy witnessing growth and development of an individual. I worked in various areas of health coaching and career coaching, training development and delivery, namely, leadership development, conflict management, customer surveys. I helped at least 50 people to advance in their career, figure out their career paths, obtain certifications. write resumes and cover letters and improve their interviewing techniques.

Academically, I have an MBA/MS, and I am a certified health/wellness coach from ACSM (American Center of Sports Medicine). I obtained my health/wellness coaching certification in 2008, and I am in practice since then. I assisted numerous individuals with further development, conducted training sessions and workshops and now I will look forward to work with you.
