Shavon was out of town and could not help me with my notary needs. She immediately got back to me, however, with names and contact information for 2 other notaries in the area. I was able to contact one and arrange for services. Shavon did not have to do this, and the fact that she went out of her way to assist me with my need was very professional and much appreciative. Even though I did not use her services, I will recommend her to anybody who needs a notary, simply based on her willingness to help me when she had nothing to gain. Really went above and beyond.

Prices are based on state required fees.
Notarization - $10 per
Signature(s) - $10 per
Admin - $30 per 15 min interval
Travel Fee - $85 - $100 depending upon distance
Apostille (standard) - $250
Apostille (expedited) -$400
Fingerprinting (Ink & Roll) - $50 for 1/Additional $15 per
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation:
I personally call each new client to understand their specific notary needs, document requirements, and any special circumstances. This helps me ensure I can provide the most appropriate service, whether that's mobile or online notarization.
Scheduling & Preparation:
During our call, we'll arrange a time and location that works best for you. I offer flexible scheduling and can come to your home, office, or another convenient location. For online notarizations, we'll ensure you have the proper technology setup.
Securing Your Appointment:
To confirm your appointment, I require a $25 deposit which is applied toward your final service fee. This helps ensure commitment from both parties and allows me to block dedicated time for your notarization needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Quality Assurance:
As an NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent with LSS Certification and comprehensive insurance coverage, I bring professional-grade equipment (mobile printer and scanner) to every appointment. This allows me to handle any unexpected document needs that may arise.
