- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple, clear, and designed to make clients feel confident. I begin by confirming the appointment time, location, and the type of ID you’ll be using. Before we meet, I review the documents to ensure everything is ready for notarization. At the appointment, I walk you through each step, verify your identity, and patiently answer any questions you may have. I complete the notarization, apply my seal, and make sure you leave with properly executed documents and peace of mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned Oregon Notary Public and a certified Loan Signing Agent with specialized training in general notarizations, real estate closings, and loan package execution. I have completed industry-recognized courses through the National Notary Association and additional training in Remote Online Notarization (RON) and In-Person Electronic Notarization (IPEN). I also bring 17 years of real estate experience, which gives me a strong understanding of the documents, timelines, and professionalism required for smooth and accurate signings.
