Patrick responded to my request for a quote very quickly, was able to come out and see the project within a few days and a couple of weeks later we have our new sprinkler zone installed, and our existing zones tuned up. He communicates regularly, is very professional and explained everything thoroughly. I trusted him immediately, he may not have had the lowest quote, but that's because he really listened to our needs and didn't try to shortcut. I highly recommend NWIC and will have them back for other projects for sure.

Patrick was very knowledgeable about irrigation systems and was able to come up with a great solution for our needs, working with our existing set up. He finished the work in a timely manner, explained the system well and cleaned up the area before he left.

Irrigation system was wonky, not working with timer. Patrick changed out sprinklers, dealt with the timer, etc. Communicated well before and during our appointment. Totally pleasant experience. Would use again and recommend to friends.
