Logan updated porch posts and railings at my home. He was very pleasant to work with and a good communicator. I'm very happy with the results of his carpentry work.
They patched a part of missing plaster ceiling and did a wonderful job... Very happy with their work!
Stacey and his son Tommy can do it all. Helped with install of tough stairway chandelier and got our new thermostat up and running! On time and professional all the way!
I was very impressed with the rapid response to my request for help with my project. Zeev called right away and came to my house the very next day to assess the damage done by birds that had pecked through the mesh covering the vents under the eaves of the roof and were pulling insulation out of the attic. He was on the job a few days later and within a few hours had all the vents recovered and eliminated my bird issue. He was very professional and very reasonable. I will definitely be calling him again.
Modify/Fabricate a 20' steel driveway gate. Install gate on driveway posts. Due to the elevation changes across the driveway this was a difficult install.
Our project request was to install a closet organizer. As Lloyd worked on the project, it was clear it was not that simple. I really appreciated Lloyd's recommendations and initiative to ensure our closet remodel was as complete and finished-looking as possible. It turns out our closet is non-standard in size and he was instrumental in suggesting how we would modify the system to fit, look great and be most functional. He also removed and replaced molding around the opening and stayed until the job was complete. In the spring when we have some fence and pergola projects to tackle, we will reach out to Lloyd first.
What a great experience! We are so happy with our new shower door. I contacted Keenie and he was out and installing the new shower door the next day. And he provided the door! Great value and workmanship.
Geoff designed and installed a custom metal handrail in my basement stair. He was very professional and kept constant communication with us as the project progressed. We will be hiring G. Gold Designs in the future for future contracting projects.
I hired beast construction to do my fence and roof. They delivered excellent work quality, punctuality, and honesty. Will recommend them for ohters
Luis helped us out with a deck project, he communicated frequently, was on time, worked hard and efficiently and was a general pleasure to work with. We'll use Luis again without a doubt.
Was minor job of resetting a deck support. Olvera crew showed up within an hour of bid and made permanent repairs. Competing bid from Home Advisor was $600... Olvera did it for $80. Very fair price for the work. Seems most companies looking only for big jobs... home owners need small jobs fixed too.
I had a MDF kitchen sink door that needed replacing which had to exactly (or nearly so) match the OTHER ONE from the size to the stain itself. In order to reduce the price a bit I had to find the proper handles at a nearby hardware store, ones that would match the other kitchen cabinet handles in the entirety of the room (I ended up choosing ones that closely enough matched the others) and I had my new cabinet door just a week's time. At first I was unable to tell the difference between the two doors (the one he had to match and the one Ed made from scratch) and a carpenter who is building a house next to me was also unable to tell the difference. While I had no prior experience in having this type of project done I was a little surprised at the price of $300, but subsequent research found that this price was/is in the mid-range for this kind of project. I would highly recommend Ed to anyone who needs a smaller project done. Most if not all of the larger cabinet companies either were not interested or said I would have to wait at least a month for completion.
Reinstalled engineered wood floors.
Vince was awesome. He assembled several Ikea storage closets for our laundry room. We thought they would just sit there along one side of the room, but he suggested we bolt them to the wall and make trim pieces for the top and sides so they looked like built-ins. Great move. He was easy to work with, knowledgeable, clean and courteous.
