Where do I even begin! Charles and his team did an amazing job. From the beginning I felt like I was talking to an old friend. When planning, we went back and forth on whether or not to hire a videographer and I am so glad that we did and more specifically that we hired Silver & Soul to do it. We have received nothing but compliments on the video and it sums up our wedding day perfectly. I’ve watched it about a dozen times now and still tear up every time. Charles’ shooting and editing style is second to none! I am so glad we will have this video to look at for years to come!

I did a photoshoot and although I don't have much experience he guided me and gave me tips on how to pose. It was a relaxed, professional environment and he made sure I was comfortable the whole time.

Charles did a wonderful job with my Cinematic Portrait session. He knew how to pose me to make everything look natural but glamorous and sexy. And the winter wonderland setting was fun and very pretty. I also loved how his wife, Miss Ruby, did my makeup and hair. Everything looked retro and fun. The turnaround on getting my proofs and final pictures was very quick. I had a wonderful experience!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Email description of service required is received, phone consultation follows, a quote is built based on email and phone conversation, a phone call follow up to clarify any concerns follows, once the customer approves the quote, an agreement is emailed along with an invoice requesting a 50% deposit to secure date. A face to face or FaceTime consultation is scheduled with customer to discuss all details.
