Introduction: I work out of the Bend, OR area. I assist people in recovering information from failed PC's or getting them to start up and in some cases correcting software issues. I can also replace most components on a desktop PC/laptop if the equipment is still available. I am an electronics technician by trade. I understand what happen in the worst case scenario of a hard drive or other hardware failure, and you must recover your most important documents. I don't like wasting your time or mine. I don't like wasting money, yours or mine.
