- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If we’re working together on a per-project basis, we’ll calculate the anticipated full price of the project before we begin. We require a 50% deposit up-front, with the remainder due when the files are delivered. Each project includes two rounds of revisions free of charge; additional revisions (though rarely necessary) are billed at our normal hourly rate. For businesses looking for an ongoing graphic design partner, we also offer a subscription-based system! We’ll operate as an on-call, full-service creative department — no extra desks required — for a fraction of the cost of a single employee. As a subscriber, you’ll be able to submit an unlimited number of requests each month, including as many revisions as you need. Our team will be on-call and available at all times during business hours, and we’ll fully integrate with your business’s contact and workflow systems.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We’re here to show your customers what makes YOU unique. We want to meet you and learn about what makes you amazing! We start every new client relationship with an introduction & ideation session, to learn more about you and the needs of your business. We’ll keep you updated throughout the creative process, and when the concepts are ready, we’ll meet with you again to get your impressions and feedback. If you’ve got any adjustments you’d like to see, we’ll sit down with you over Zoom and make your edits IN REAL TIME. No time-consuming back-and-forth email requests - just simple communication, clear results, and a completed design ready for you at the end of the meeting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every designer on staff has a Bachelor's or higher in graphic design. And because we're committed to continuing to grow, we frequently attend AIGA lectures and other design seminars.
