Excellent, fast and professional tax service!
Shayla is a very nice lady, and very professional when it comes to taxes. My taxes were done and submitted in less than an hour. Her modest price was well worth it. I highly recommend her to anyone who doesn't want to do their own taxes.

Not often do you find a tax service company that really looks out for you--even before you tell them they are one step ahead. The great personal service that Cliff gives is superior. Great value for the service he offers.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing of tax returns depends on the type of return being prepared. Our fees are forms based. Generally a 1040 return starts at $100 and an S Corp or Partnership starts at $300. Representation with the IRS or any State is billed at $150 an hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are happy to schedule a free initial consultation with all clients to discuss their tax issues. If the client wants to hire us we discuss what we will require to do the best possible job for them that we can.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tax Professionals in Oregon are required to be licensed and must have a minimum of 30 hours continuing education to stay current with licensing. Enrolled Agents must take a rigorous three-part exam, pass a background check and have 70 or more hours continuing education every three years to renew their license. The are licensed to practice before the IRS for tax representation and audits.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Tax preparation, all years. Tax Resolution with the IRS and State Revenue Offices. Bookkeeping and Payroll.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We had a client come to us after the IRS garnished her bank account. She hired a firm out of state to represent her on an offer in compromise but they didn't prepare tax returns, which is what brought her to our firm. We discovered the contract she signed with the out of state firm required an initial $10,000 payment with another $10,000 due in 30 days and a continued fee of $1500 per month until the issue with the IRS was resolved. We assisted the client in legally canceling the contract due to the unconscionable fee they were charging which is against the policies with the IRS. Once we prepared the required returns the client did not owe any taxes. Our client was satisfied not only because she didn't owe any taxes but we saved her at least another $10,000+. She has been a friend and a loyal client ever since.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We work on matters that are urgent and can have additional time requested to complete and gather all information being requested. The client will have to gather all information necessary to prepare or amend a tax return and sign a power of attorney with our office so we can speak directly to the revenue officers for Federal and State.
