We have seen a LOT of “tech” and a lot of “technical difficulties”. We’ve found most people are unaware of everything their technology products have to offer or they simply aren’t familiar enough with the tech to use it effectively. Gregg (and his team member Freddie) provided great service and did a fantastic job with my home projects, which included mounting a TV on an uneven stone surface above a fireplace and installation and setup of several security cameras, along with a few other smart home features. They were professional, efficient, highly skilled, friendly and prompt! Gregg was extemely knowledgable about smart home devices and was patient during the setup and customization process. Some of the cameras required additional troubleshooting after installation and Gregg went above and beyond by making time to return twice after the job was completed to ensure all the technical issues were resolved. Additionally, he had added my WiFi network to his phone to help with troubleshooting and was very understanding when I asked him to remove it after the completion of the project. I highly recommend Gregg and Mojo Audio Video & Security and will definitely be reaching out for additional projects!

Gregg and Freddie are both very professional and meticulous in their work. They got the audio connections figured out and the connection to our older Karaoke system to work within reaosnable amount of time. They are responsive and interacted to help with all the questions we have.

I strongly recommend Gregg from Smart Home Mojo for your home entertainment problem solving needs or any other electronic needs. I have a high end Sennheiser Ambeo soundbar and subwoofer. Extremely impossible for someone like me to install, not to mention all of the added features only accessible from the App. Gregg made it look easy. It turns out that my never been used wireless subwoofer is a defect but Gregg went to the local audio store to buy a subwoofer cable so I could at least listen to it in the meantime until Sennheiser gets me a replacement. He even left me a detailed report on what to write Sennheiser for my replacement. What above and beyond service not to mention he is a Master of his craft. Gregg also took time at the end to show me extra quick tricks on using my phone in conjunction with my sound system. Thank you Gregg.
