- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our pricing is done on a square foot system. The bigger the space the more it will cost. We offer Super Deals and other discounts at various times of the year. For bigger projects and projects you are unsure about we can send a technician to your home for an on the spot free estimate, if you like it we can do the cleaning right then and there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For single day projects (carpet and/or air duct cleaning, etc.) we will have a technician show up at the site of the project and perform any tasks required. The technician will let you know of any difficult and/or problematic issues that may require additional cleaning. Once the project is completed the technician will accept payment and move to the next scheduled job. For bigger projects (damage restoration) we send an estimator to the project site and an estimate will be drafted. If accepted we require CCB and Work Authorizations to be signed we will then begin work keeping you informed of each step as we make progress, expect lots of pictures. In any situation, we make it our goal to keep the customer informed of the process every step of the way.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
ProKleen Inc. started in 1994 out of the back of a pickup that we converted into a carpet cleaning truck. The work was hard and demanding, but it gave us a sense of accomplishment at the end of each day. Over 20 years later we are growing and aspiring to be the premier cleaning & restoration company in Southern Oregon
