When in part of our basement, which is unfinished, we noticed water dripping from & running to the drain. The "dripping" was falling from the center of the kitchen floor. It was past 6 pm. I called several who advertised 24-hour service. Not one available. Then, I connected with Jeff. YEAH!! He could be on-site within the hour AND WAS. He quickly identified the leak was coming from the refrigerator waterline. Within 20' HE FIXED IT. He charged us $85 cash, which was less expensive than many who couldn't reapnd for days. He was skilled, quick to respond to our emergency, and fixed the issue in minutes!! Thanks, Jeff. You rock.

Working with Jeff was great! He replaced a shower trim kit for me. On top of his great work and great customer service, he charged what he quoted, which was VERY affordable. He even came back out to adjust the temperature, even though that was something he probably could have explained to us how to do ourselves. I definitely plan on working with him on my future plumbing projects. I highly recommend reaching out if you need any plumbing work done :)
