Introduction: Some people are planners. Some people are doers. And me? I’m both. So, it’s only natural that my love for both planning and doing, as well as infatuation with fostering and nurturing community, would eventually lead me to the event industry. I’ve been in the service industry for over 15 years. From office management to bartending, my love for connection inspired a professional transition to full-time event planning. Meeting with clients, discussing their visions, and witnessing their joy fuels and inspires me every day. Over the past 5 years, I’ve planned over 200 memorable events. With a calm approach and the gift of multitasking, I execute multiple projects at once while still giving each event the time and attention it deserves. Planning an event means meetings, communication, and conversation. With any client, I prioritize forming meaningful relationships that allow for open dialogue and creativity. Each project is approached with a clients vision in mind – I do my best to emulate those ideas and cater to their needs, wants, and process. After all, we’re a team. Past clients describe me as a refreshing character in the industry. Wedding Wire recognized me as a “Wedding Coordinator of the Year” for two years running. Bartending- I have always enjoyed party planning so my fee doesn't just stop at the day of bartending. I work with you to make sure the event goes off without a hitch and am available to help with drink menu concepts and create the grocery list prior to the event. I pour everything from mixed drinks to blended cocktails, beer, wine and champagne. I can accommodate large guest lists with ease and small parties with the elegance and class to wow your guests. Krystle has helped serve wine at our winery and outside events many times. She is very professional in both appearance and attitude. She does a great job promoting our wine, describing it to customers and making sure that they are all having a great time. I would not hesitate to have her pour for me again in the future!

Krystle was professional and excellent for our wedding guests. She provided guidance to what kind of drinks we should make as well as did some last minute tasks such as missing ice for drinks without hesitation as she understood the stressfull nature of a wedding. Without a doubt would recommend her to anyone.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    all services can be negotiated depending on how much assistance you need creating a drink menu or set up and tear down. I can even pick up items if needed but of course that would need to be set up in payment. So please don't discard my quote due to price, we should talk first!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Free consultation to ensure clients needs and wants are taken care of. Advise on menu planning, grocery list and bar set up. follow up to ensure grocery list of items needed is completed.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Olcc license and over 13 years of bartending in everything from fine dining restaurants, sports bars, high volume night clubs, weddings and large events.
