- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do our best to take care of those who take care of us in the community i.e. veterans, nurses and doctors, teachers, etc. our pricing is usually based on the best we can do until our suppliers raise our prices again and we have to re-adjust.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically schedule a consultation for discovery, where we will assess the roof as well as homeowners wants and needs and put together a few different options to work with specific budgets and or specialty scope of work
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started out as one of the largest painting companies in the northwest and we’re invited by many of the builders we work with to take over the roof roofing side because of our quality of work and attention to detail. We now have 10 crews and four repair trucks Ready to go.
