- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My monthly fee for bookkeeping services is $299/month. Back work to get caught up with the books is based on specific case. Any amount of back work is accepted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact me at my email, we will exchange contact information and set a time to call. We will have a discussion about your business and your needs and see how I can help you. I will get back to you with a quote within a day, typically a few hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
