- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to identify what type of project the person/business would like help with. Discussing some of the detail about the scope of the work that needs to be done can be done on the phone or via email, though for larger jobs, a free estimate in person is the most efficient way to assess the project and provide the customer with the best rate possible. Ballpark estimates can be provided via email or phone. We pride ourselves on providing friendly, courteous service and understand the difficult situations people find themselves in at times. We goal is to relieve the stress of the mess there may be, and leave the property with customer expectations exceeded.
