Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I listen to my clients. I believe I strike a good balance between using my professional expertise and taking suggestions from my clients to get the results that they want. When doing portraiture many photographers use the same methods, same poses and same shooting style with every client, producing a decent but predictable set of images. I have a very adaptable and creative style that produces unique images that stand out. When doing events I am as unobtrusive as possible and courteous to the people attending the event, while still being persistent enough to get the shots my client needs I enjoy being able to do what I love and get paid for it! I also like meeting people and sharing my talent with in a way that leaves a positive impression.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

The most common portraiture jobs I do are family or baby portraits. The most common events I document are meetings and gatherings for Non-Profit groups and Non-Governmental Organizations with a focus on the environment and social justice

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The biggest misunderstanding I come across is that once you take the pictures the job is done. After a 2 hour shoot there may be another 2 or 3 hours of editing, re-sizing, burning to a disc, correspondence with the client, etc.. This is why I usually don't charge an hourly rate
