Great experience! Very thorough and detailed with the instructions. Daniel reviewed everything to make sure I understood what he had just taught and had the proper props for me to more understand the lesson.

Hired on Thumbtack

This is my first experience using Thumbtack, and thanks to Daniel, this won't be my last. I was very impressed with his receptivity, follow-through and overall professionalism. I was late to our appointment and Daniel was very understanding, even allowing me to gather myself before we began our session. He offered a wonderful combination of practical, hands-on learning, while incorporating and explaining very clearly examples from the first aid manual. Daniel made sure that I was confident with the content from one chapter before we began another. He encouraged me throughout the entire training, and made me feel secure and prepared to not only save lives with the students I will be supporting during my trip overseas, but with my colleagues on campus, and others that may need CPR/First Aid or an AED. I am beyond impressed with Daniel and recommend him highly!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ensure the instructor has a medical background there are a lot of individuals teaching CPR who never touched a patient in their life.
