They showed up on time to do my Move Out cleaning. Punctuality is important to a rental owner because it is all about getting the apartment cleaned, prepped and re-rented. I paid $160 for cleaning a 2 bdrm apt, which is very reasonable. A 2 person crew came and after a review of the state of the apartment they got right to work. I was on site doing minor repair work , and there was a lot going on. Once the crew left I noticed a couple things that didn't seem up to par. I contacted Chris and sent him a couple pictures. He appreciated getting the pictures because he said it will help him improve his training. We had a pleasant conversation, which was very relieving! He was more than willing to discuss my concerns and offered to do whatever he could to make it right. I couldn't have asked for a better final outcome. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the original result, but I wouldn't hesitate to use his company on my next project.

They were very friendly, and they did a great job fixing my leaking roof. I told them I was struggling financially because of the pandemic, and they lowered the price of the job for me. I really appreciate that! If I ever need repairs done in the future, I wouldnt hesitate to call these guys.
