- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the scope, materials, and labor required for each project. We provide detailed estimates prior to beginning work so customers understand all costs upfront. There are no hidden fees, and any changes to the project are discussed and approved before additional charges are applied. We occasionally offer seasonal promotions or bundled service discounts when applicable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an initial consultation to understand the customer’s needs, goals, and budget. This is followed by an on-site evaluation and a detailed written estimate. Once approved, we schedule the project, communicate timelines clearly, and maintain open communication throughout the process. Upon completion, we conduct a final walkthrough to ensure all work meets our quality standards and the customer’s expectations.
